My name is Annika Pratt and I am a Genetics Major here at North Carolina State University about to undergo an experiment studying that of the effect that yeast brought in by outdoor fruit will have on the environment of a sourdough starter. I will be using a cucumber! A fun fact about me is that I am not from here in North Carolina, I am from actually from Seattle, Washington. I plan to share with you everything that I happen to encounter during this experiment.
